Did you double check your data source? Perhaps you are calling an
outdated database??

I forgot to mention I tried that prior.  I tried it one more time just
to be sure: no luck.  I do have the "Max Pooled Statements" set to 0
from the default of 1000 because of issues caching the "*" statements
throughout the app.  That 0 helped those work.  No luck on these hidden
queries references by unchecking the "Maintain Connection" box.
