Dave, sorry, I meant here we all are giving advice (or more to the point our opinion), not here we are taking advice. That's what I meant by "doing it". ;o)
While you list of experience with this matter that you listed is impressive, it still doesn't make you a lawyer, and so anything you say is either opinion or statement of truth as you understand it. Anyway, I'm done with this. My only intent was to discuss what I thought the law *should be* and not what it is.
