If you're asking about HTTP request headers, a lot of that is accessible
through the CGI scope. The complete HTTP request header is available using
the GetHTTPRequestData method, which returns the entire request in various
structures:

If you're asking about HTTP response headers, you can set those directly
using the CFHEADER tag. Other CF tags also set HTTP response headers, such
as CFCONTENT, CFLOCATION and CFCOOKIE.
