Have you tried Robohelp? I have never used any user doc software before,
but I have heard of this...

Subject: Screen Capturing Software

I am currently writing a pretty complicated site for the City of Los Angeles
and I am going to have to provide some end user documentation. In the past,
I would navigate to the screen I want, do a screen capture, paste the image
to Fireworks of Adobe Photoshop, edit the image, copy and paste it into a
word doc, and continue until it was finished. Obviously this is labor
intensive. With technology as advanced as it is, I am assuming there is some
software out there that can automate this process. I would like to do this
in a video format where I can narrate what to do in a mic, and have some
software capture everything I do as I am talking. Is there some software out
there that does this that someone has used?

Thanks,
