It was wrong Yes but it falls far short of destroying your life's work unless there is only 14 questions... I don't know haven't tried the product. Your Demo product alone has 66 questions ? To stop the hate mail your last email should have consisted of this "Ben and I have spoken privately, and the matter is settled and put to rest between us."
