What we're looking for An enthusiastic, self motivated server side web developer to join our Technical Team, building websites and web applications for our clients. We're looking for someone in the early stages of their career as a web developer - either a recent computer science graduate or with around a years web programming experience. We want someone who wants to learn, with plenty of help and guidance from our experienced technical team. The main skills we are looking for are * ColdFusion * SQL Server * Java (Servlets, JSP, Struts & other web Java technologies) We're much more looking for server side web development & programming experience than specific languages. So experience with PHP, ASP, Ruby on Rails, Oracle, MySQL are all useful. As well as Server side programming skills, you should be familiar with * XML * HTML, Javascript, CSS Knowledge of other programming languages and web development tools are distinct plus notably C, Python, Perl, Flash, Attitude wise we'd like * Enthusiasm about the web and technology * Good technical background * Good problem solving ability * Flexibility * Eager to learn * Good communication skills No agencies, thank you.
