For me it's a matter of ease of use.  In Homesite, it's very easy to
search/replace multiline content. It's possible to do it in Eclipse
(and maybe more powerful), but you've got to dig into regex.  I love
regex as much as the next guy, but if someone gives me an easier way
to do it, I'm all for it.
