OK, so I did this on my local machine now rather than the server, and I get this message:
An exception occurred when performing a file operation copy on files C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\DONE\election_procedure\tempBylaws\Roser.doc and C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\DONE\election_procedure\Bylaws. I hardcoded the directory path's into the code assuming that it was crapping out on the variables I previously set, but no joy. Back to Google I guess. Bruce Sorge "I'm a mawg: half man, half dog.
