If classroom training isn't your thing, there are a slew of Flex books coming out very soon. "Programming Flex 2" from O'Reilly, by Chafic Kazoun, will be very good, based on what I've seen so far - it's available now on Safari as a "Rough Cut": http://safari.oreilly.com/ The Bay Area ColdFusion Users Group has been coordinating with some Adobe folks to run Flex training sessions through Adobe Connect. They've had one session a month, but I don't know if they're recording them: http://www.bacfug.org/ There are two upcoming Flex conferences, one on the west coast: http://360flex.org/2006/12/360flex-about.html And one on the east coast by Fig Leaf Software: http://flex2conference.figleaf.com/ Your best bet might be to just download the trial, and start playing with it. It's pretty easy, actually.
