coming out very soon. "Programming Flex 2" from O'Reilly, by Chafic Kazoun,
will be very good, based on what I've seen so far - it's available now on
Safari as a "Rough Cut":

The Bay Area ColdFusion Users Group has been coordinating with some Adobe
folks to run Flex training sessions through Adobe Connect. They've had one
session a month, but I don't know if they're recording them:

There are two upcoming Flex conferences, one on the west coast:

And one on the east coast by Fig Leaf Software:

Your best bet might be to just download the trial, and start playing with
it. It's pretty easy, actually.
