Dave, I'm pretty sure what you're looking for doesn't exist. I have been interested in doing this for a while, but I'm not really interested in starting it. I have heard other people mention starting such a project, and if anyone ever does, I'll gladly contribute. But I hope I'm wrong and there is a project out there like this.
