I was unaware that you could get RDS to work on Eclipse 3.2 except on OSX (as Ray mentioned in his Blog). I just tried it again tonight, using the RDS plug-in that came with CF-Extras and the file version (what I want) didn't work... once you try to load a file, it just goes "an error has occurred" and nothing loads.
Is the version in Flex2 even more current? I'd LOVE to have fully functional RDS in Eclipse 3.2...
