I upgraded my Eclipse build to 3.2.1 about a month ago (with the CFEclipse 1.3 beta build) when the Flex Builder 2.01 update came out, and my RDS stopped working. It would display the tables, and fields, but the Query Viewer stopped working. I had to back out to 3.2, which I had been running for several months with the RDS plugin prior to installing 3.2.1 and things are back to normal.
I tried 3.2.1 on two different machines with the same result. After a couple hours of re-installations, I gave up.
