I've signed an agreement with my friends who host my customers on their server. They also are CF developers. Our agreement just stipulates that if, for whatever reason my company is not able to go on supporting my customer's applications, then they will have all rights on all source code to continue hosting, support, development, etc. I give a copy to my customers, and apparently they are happy with this. -- _______________________________________ REUSE CODE!
