Network shares will not show up in the CF Administrator. I don't know if drive mappings to network shares will show up or not, but I suspect they won't. You don't have to use the browser applet, though. You can just put in the path using the appropriate drive mapping. You can probably even enter a UNC path, although I haven't tested that. You should first log into a shell with that user account to ensure that it can get to these resources. However, you should be aware that using an Access database stored on a network share will be VERY, VERY SLOW. I would strongly recommend that you copy it to the application server, and use it there.
