Through this is getting WOT - and I am not Romanian, when was Romania a
developing country - 500 years ago? Come on, just b/c a country went through
50+ years of communism it doesn't mean they blown their whole infrastructure
up.

Incidentaly as far as piracy is concerned, there are many fully developed
countries especially in Europe that are quite big piracy players.

Going back on topic (SOT) - one of the major problems for adaptation of CF
in Europe, especially central and easter Europe is the fact that you need to
pay for CF in order to get the legal version. It costs 1000's of dollars to
get it while it costs nothing to get PHP on your system 100% legal. Sure
PHP/ mySQL/ Linux setup may cost more time to setup and administer - but
when your people cost $5/h it doesn't matter so much as when they cost
$50/h. This is why CF doesn't exist (except maybe for like few dozen people
or so) in countries like Poland while there are, I am quite sure of it,
100,000+ PHP programmers.

Maybe Adobe should just give away CF for free or for very nominal cost to
get foot in the door in the European market outside of UK as well
(speculating here) Asia. Sort of like what MS is trying to do with Win
starter edition but without any limitations.

My 2c, TK
