I'll second this - works well, easy to learn and free.

The issue (for ALL tools like this) is the infrastructure - you need enough
client horsepower to really stress your site.  Solo Windows workstations
tend to be too limited (in allowable connections, resource management, etc)
to really put up much of a fight.

For example I think that Windows XP is limited to 10 concurrent connections
- not enough to really stress a big box.

To really test things out you should run multiple clients each mimicking
multiple clients - if you have a spare big box you can use virtualization
software to do this.
