You may want to post this to the Blue Dragon Mailing List unless someone on this list knows the answer, I have heard of this problem before, and can't remember the solution, but have seen it pop up on the Blue Dragon Mailing List a couple of times, so it may pay to search through there message archives on their self-help part of their website.
