Wow... if you don't want to help. Don't help. Stop berating the guy for any perceived lack of etiquette. Geez. Of course he's looking for help. Otherwise, why would he post to a list in the first place... duh. The amount of help any one wants to give is up to them. I'd just suggest calming down, and stop making the guy feel bad. Usually folks are on a list to get and give assistance, not to troll for contract work.
