Hey Shally,

Is it an option to send the content for the second combo box list  ... 
wrapped in embedded javascript code. Then utilize of the on_change event of 
the first combo box to dynamically populate the second. This will eliminate a 
round trip to the web and db servers. Performance would smoke relative to the 
user.

And if the content of the second combo box does not change that much ... you 
can create a static javasript include file. Then schedule a periodic update 
to the javasript include file ... creating it dynamically from the db ever 15 
minutes or so.
