there are a lot of ways you could do that. Best bet is probably to use a
trigger on your database to do it.... assuming you do store these users
somewhere in a database.

does anyone have any idea on how to create a virtual folder dynamically, so
that when a user signs up they will automatically get a folder made for
them?
example:
www.mysite.com
when a user signs up, a folder will be made for him, so that he will be able
to go straight to them,
www.mysite.com/1234/ or
www.mysite.com/1235/ or
www.mysite.com/1236/
and these directories will lead to the main directory.
