Jochem I almost directed this post to you specifically. You have got to been some sort of "black-belt" database guru.
OK how do you enable "NO_BACKSLASH_ESCAPES" and what would be the impact of me switching to ANSI mode. Frankly, not sure what mode I'm working in but I am loving mySQL. It took me 5 years to make the switch, and last month I did, and I am satisfied, but certainly not optimized.
