Believe me, I would love to require JS to use our site, it would make my
life easier. But our customer service people were tired of getting yelled
by angry ladies trying to buy stuff and not being able to. Some of these
ladies don't know what a "browser" is, let alone javascript or how to turn
it on or off. I guess the large ecommerce sites can do without this small
percentage of customers, we are not there yet.

There is no anger quite like that of a woman trying to shop and being
denied.
