I wasn't aware that Home Premium included IIS. Ultimate is the only version that allows you to join a domain, and also has media center functionality. I wrote earlier in the thread that I would probably use Ultimate for this reason. Being able to join a Windows domain is a necessity for me. For drive encryption, I'd rather use TrueCrypt, I think.
