Indeed.  Luckily, writing a connector isn't too difficult.  That's one of
the
things I like about FCKEditor-- seems smart to use a "connector", and
abstract everything to bits of XML. Easy to wank* on.  ;-)

*I mean the US kind of wank, not the fist of furry kind.
There are certain correlations, tho...  =]
