An Access project is probably a good way to go since you are comfortable with Access, but it does not use the Access "Relationships" function that was described. It has something similar in the "Database Diagrams" button that gets added to your main menu. This is roughly equivalent to the Diagrams functionality that you would find in SQL Enterprise Manager.
