Well, there is the CF-Jobs list here on House of Fusion (http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-jobs/), and then there's Developer Circuit (http://www.developercircuit.com), both of which are available in the ColdFusion Community Toolbar (http://www.houseoffusion.com/toolbar/). I don't know of other CF-specific resources for this... Possibly user group mailing lists or job boards?
