Well, that really depends on what you consider "good" CMS capability. CFWebstore has more CMS functionality built in than most ecommerce products, since you can do content sections and articles, have editors that approve content, create membership areas that only certain users can access, etc. But it certainly doesn't stand up to the level of control and work-flow that you get in a true CMS.
