This is not a moral question at all. This is a question of whether its 
link bait or not. The fact that I'm actually putting up the site and 
giving the community an opportunity to provide feedback shows that I'm 
trying to be somewhat objective. I don't want to jump the gun.

Some sites are very obvious. For example, there's a blog on the list 
that I approved today that shows how to convert CF to .Net. The blog 
runs BlogCFC, so while I may not dig the content, its still a CF site 
and thus got approved.

I won't approve link bait, spammers or other crap sites because they 
aren't representative of what CF can do and I won't subject site 
visitors to those types of sites.
