How about I say that adult sites that use CF will be allowed..within 
reason. For example, there's already a link on the site that sells 
adult-themed novelties.

The only illegal porn that I will explicitly state is Child Pornography. 
  Sites that display graphic sex acts and deviant activities, such as 
penetration, group sex, bestiality, torture, incest, and excretory 
functions will also *NOT* be listed on the site.

The laws of whats legal or not are too vague to explicitly list out and 
since I'm not an attorney, all I can do is use my best judgment.

Perhaps a flag should be added to denote sites that are adult-themed?
