It's worth pointing out that the success of a technology in the porn
industry often indicates the larger success of that technology, outside of
that industry. For example, the initial success of VHS over Betamax had
nothing to do with format quality, and everything to do with the fact that
you could get all sorts of content on VHS. The HD-DVD vs Blu-Ray format war
has raised the same issue.

A "porn ban" might filter out sites like tlavideo.com, which is a
nicely-designed CF shopping cart that sells a wide variety of DVD titles,
from the hoity-toity Criterion Collection to, well, all sorts of other stuff
that I won't mention. So, you might want to be careful about your content
filtering. There are all sorts of sites that I, for example, find more
offensive. And you're not going to be able to please everyone. Are you going
to filter political or social sites as well?

Fortunately for everyone's delicate sensitivities, CF is not a popular
platform in the sex industry.
