We are working ok now. We run single instance installs on Linux. Following a Adobe TechNote linked from Fort's blog, I downloaded the SDK JVM version 1.4.2_11 on our boxes, and then pointed the jvm.config file so the java.home pointed to the jre folder. After a restart the time started working correctly. We also have added the following to our java.args in the past to pick up the correct time zone: -Duser.timezone=America/Chicago
