Hi, Dean... Well, off the top of my head.. I figure the Real Estate agents would want to be able to enter dollars and cents. (Even though there's never anything but zeros after the decimals.) It just looks more consistent with what you see as prices on Real Estate sites.
I guess the idea is to keep things the most flexible possible for the agents and give them less to complain about with entry. I just do more work on my end, but in the long run it's easier on me.
