I have created a patch tool to do this automatically for CFMX 7. (http://www.geocities.com/cibert88/cfmx_dst_update.zip) It wraps the JVM patches into an installer for Windows. Sorry, I am posting this late. As allways make backups and you are responsible for your actions.
