That's one of the reasons I'm leaning this way Will. Trying to make the
pages human readable, and simple to type in, should the user care to do
that.

One area it'd help with SEO, is if you're able to sneak a product name or
other keyword into that url. Either a directory name or filename. Google
definitely picks up on those.
