You never mentioned which action you are using for cffile:-)

Also posting the code around this error might help us out, but it sounds
like a permission thing if its a read action of cffile:-)

We are trying to get <cffile> to work 
correctly on our server (win2k).  We 
are using cfserver 4.51.  The error 
that we get is either Error: No Error 
Occured, or Error: A File was not 
found.  We think that it might have to 
do with the security priviliges for 
either the Cf service, or an actual 
user.  Anyone had any experience with 
this, (other than <CFFILE> doesn't work 
right)?
