All of the configuration information is in a set of text files you can edit directly. On a multiserver install, the directory is \jrun4\servers\cfusion\cfusion-ear\cfusion-war\WEB-INF\cfusion\lib. Off the top of my head, I think that the file you want to edit is neo-runtime.xml, but if not, it's almost certainly one of the other neo-*.xml files.
