Ah.  I'm always running on a 64bit system, or a newer version of
httpd, so it's never really worked for me.

Always tested things the old fashioned way... "does it work?" :-)

Never got any worthy error messages outta the wsconfig tool...

By hand, and error logs, ho!  [=
