I've hit exactly the same problem as this but I have a larger problem in that I'm trying to migrate 8 yrs worth of CF5 code to MX7.0. I've done a search across our CF server and we're hitting over 6000+ entries of cfqueryparam which could potential try passing a null value :(.
Why did CF5.0 not have this problem and more importantly does any know a way that I could automate the process of adding this code into all of the tags which need it? Doing this job manually would just be a nightmare!
