I'm sure there are set-ups like that, I was just curious as to if IIS /had/ do be restarted if it was fired up first. Since I've got a bunch of instances now, I just fire them up when needed- so I constantly forget and hit apache first, and then go "duh", and start CF, and then hit F5.
