There aren't that many Canadian provinces - why not just add them? Straight from Wikipedia (I'm pretty sure you don't have to cross-reference this one): The current provinces are Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan.
