This is my jvm.config:

Rafael,

Why don't you post the contents of the /runtime/bin/jvm.config file. It

might have a clue or 2.

Rafael,

Is there a message in the /runtime/logs/ directoryin the *.out file.... It

should show the startup progress and may show "where" the exception

occurred.

Did you back up the cfusionmx7 directory befor beginning.

Did you have any trouble on the updgrade?

Are you running the latest update for CF7? There were some issues with

embedding images in PDFs in early versions of 7.
