Actually there are 2 ways get and post, it will dependand on the situation.
Is it more convinent to create a page that someone can request (password
protected of course) that would allow them to retrieve the information then
it would mean that these people would have to write the code to handle the
info. All you do is create the packet and return that as the content, this
means then that all major problems then become them and also it means
syndication is easier if you wish to sell this of as a service to others.
