I doubt this violates NDA. But I'll still speak ambiguously just in case. Something I heard, from someone at Adobe, is that the Beta program queues up requests per Alpha/Beta release. So, if you made it before Adobe sent out the last batch of accounts, then you got in. If not, you have to wait until the next release.
