Sounds like it is time for a new domain registrar

Hi list,
I do have a problem with
the registrar: riversdomains.com
Everytime I want to send them a
message via the contact-formular
on their website I get:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

  [EMAIL PROTECTED]
    retry timeout exceeded

I tried it with several different eMail-adresses.
Does anyone else do get the same problems ?
I even send them a fax and they didn't answer at all.
Unfortunately they don't have a service phone number.
