What aren't they telling me? :) If you want to watch movies, etc, on your laptop, Media Center functionality might be something you want. There's nothing that will help you with regard to CF programming in Media Center. Business or Ultimate are required if you want to join your machine to a Windows domain. That's the "networking tools" they're referring to. You can run CF on any version of Vista, although I suspect that IIS 7 isn't officially supported by Adobe yet.
