Is Adobe just trying to make up for the horrid exchange rate? Being a
global company (and me being totally ignorant of international
marketing) I'd expect them to handle that in their general margin
across all markets, rather than penalizing the non-US customer. And,
does that work in reverse--so that a country where the US$ is more
valuable, I could get the package for much less?
