All - I'm still grappling with a problem where I was getting the dORA-01024 error (string literal too long) with a valid INSERT statement, and it was recommended that (among other things) I used bind variables in my INSERT via CFQUERYPARAM. I have done so. Now, I have a different error:
Error Executing Database Query. [Macromedia][Oracle JDBC Driver][Oracle]ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded ARRGH. I have to get this working by Saturday. Does anybody have any ideas?
