Typically, one computer within the network zone will be an NTP or SNTP
server. In a LAN, that's typically one of your domain controllers. In a DMZ,
it's typically some other server. Other servers query this server directly.
Time service, like DNS, is fundamental to many operations within a network,
so your network admin should be providing a time server.
