hi neil, well potentially the client wants a large amount of property listings eg. 1000+ ??
at the moment, running one SP for each type of listing eg. feature, then doing a QofQ based on region seems to work ok - but i am dealing with very small amounts for development. our model is a site here in nz http://www.trademe.co.nz (which obviously has 10's of 1000's of records!) >A normal cache would be better I would say, probably less mem impact.
