Alex, Thanks for the response, but that option requires that the jsp extension exists with an associated Executable Path in IIS. Earlier in this thread, to get around JSP pages associated with JRun, the JSP extension was removed from IIS altogether.
For kicks, I added it back, and still the same result -- just a blank page when trying to hit a JSP page.
